All consultants are registered in Ocean Maxwell’s Competence Assurance system COMPAS.
In COMPAS all consultants have their own profile mapping their competence to ensure correct competence level with regards to requirements for the specific position. Competence level is a result of both education, skills, courses and working experience.
In COMPAS the consultants register number of years of experience on specific equipment and systems, as well as areas/fields and type of rigs they have worked with, and categorized as level 1, 2 or 3 for each expertise.
The competence mapping is used to identify GAP’s with regards to requirements for selected/relevant positions. Ocean Maxwell will give advise to the consultants to possible courses or other actions to close the GAPs.
By competence development of resources within specialist or future important focus areas, customers are secured access to a larger number of competent personnel for their future challenges.
We use Semac AS for background check in the recruitment process.
